We accompany young or young at heart companies in their start-up phases. In doing so, we concentrate on the feasible core of what the company wants to achieve in the respective market environment, but above all on the potential that can be achieved beyond that.
In principle, our approach is very simple. It is about goal-oriented and analytical work with ideas or individual approaches. Unfortunately, people often tend to perceive an idea as individual and complete. But every form of development and successful innovation is based on conscious and creative work with ideas.
The transdisciplinarity of the individual players is a central building block in order to arrive at rapid findings and thus at decisions relevant to the company in a dynamic market environment. The approach of interactive processes is just as important as the potential of prototypical trials and scenarios, which make it possible to assess a process for the best possible product, the best possible service.
At 5WX new ventures, we always take the position that longer-term and indirect influencing factors should also be taken into account for current decisions. This may become clearer if we further explain our methodical approach (5-circle model).
